Fabian made his First State Examination at the University of Hanover. Following two-years of practical training which included an internship at a solicitor's firm in the City of London Fabian concluded his Second German State Examination and began his career in an established lawfirm in Berlin.

He left to become in-house counsel at an internet based power service company. Subsequently Fabian switched to the position of a project manager and in-house counsel at an independent natural gas supply company where he was particularly responsible for the company's energy and competion policy. Fabian also acted as a consultant for an international event organising company with a strong emphasize on emerging markets such as IT, telecoms, biotechnology and energy. Fabian's extensive experience and client base led Fabian to establish his own law firm in 2003.

Fabian is proficient in German and English.
